Account Deletion

As a Match Valley player, you have the option to request the deletion of all data associated with your game account. Please be aware that this action will result in the permanent removal of all in-game inventories, purchases, and progress.

The account deletion process may take up to 30 days to complete. After your data is deleted, you will need to start the game again from Level 1.

To request account deletion, please click the "Chat with Us" button located at the bottom of the screen, or select "No" at the bottom and then choose "Chat with Us." In the chat window that appears, simply type “Delete my account,” and your request will be processed accordingly.
