I cannot make a purchase

If you’re having trouble making a purchase, there could be several reasons. Here’s a guide to help you resolve the issue:

  • Check Your Internet Connection:

Ensure you have a stable internet connection. For best results, use Wi-Fi or a strong 3G/4G/LTE/5G connection while making purchases.

  • Check for Store Issues:

There might be temporary problems with the affiliated store where the game was downloaded. In-app purchases are processed through the store, so occasional store issues can affect transactions.

  • Verify Payment Information:

Your payment information might need to be updated. The store might not accept your current payment method.  It's also possible that the App Store or Play Store does not accept your current payment method. 

  • Check Device Restrictions:

Verify if there are any restrictions set on your device that might be blocking in-app purchases. Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > In-app Purchases, and make sure that in-app purchases are enabled.
